Summary

Flowrish Lashes is a Toronto-based beauty brand that sells beauty lashes and related products to lash artists in North America.

Before coming to us, they already had an existing customer base, however the customer drop off rate made them decide it was time for a redesign.

What we've done

1. Strategic Discovery - we first started with a Discovery Workshop to better understand who the brand's target customers are and how the business operates on day today basis.

2. New UX/UI - using this information, we picked a suitable premium theme and created a new design that fit the vision and brand, and created a purchase experience that shows all necessary information
